Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • STEP 2.Season the cod fillets with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs and spices.
  • STEP 3.In a large ovenproof skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the cod fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
  • STEP 4.Remove the cod fillets from the skillet and set aside.
  • STEP 5.In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed and sauté the prawns for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
  • STEP 6.Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.
  • STEP 7.In the same skillet, add diced tomatoes, butter beans, garlic, and your choice of herbs and spices. Cook for 5 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
