Ingredients for Baked Cod Parcels with Black Bean Sauce Recipe
As required Parchment paper double layer large enough to fold over at the top and sides of the fish
100 gram Black cod fish other white light fish
1/2 inch Green onions 2 washed ends trimmed and cut into segments
1/2 inch Ginger knob peeled sliced and julienned
As required Chili peppers optional as desired
As required Salt to taste
As required White pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1/4 tablespoon Canola oil
1/2 teaspoon Ginger grated
1/4 Green onion chopped
1/2 Garlic cloves minced
1/2 teaspoon Black bean sauce
1/4 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
1/4 teaspoon Tamari sauce
1/4 teaspoon Sugar or sugar alternative i did not add any but you may want to add balance the flavors
