STEP 1.Make a semi hard dough of flour, carom seeds,salt,2tbspn oil & required water. Cover it & keep rest for 10mins.
STEP 2.For stuffing, heat 1tbspn oil & add chopped garlic & onion. Add all the veggies ,sauces and salt. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Finally add boiled and mashed potatoes.Mix it well & switch of the flame.
STEP 3.Cool it for few minutes & then make rolls from veggie mixture.
STEP 4.Now take a portion from flour dough, roll it & make a square.Put one veggie roll in it & wrap it well.Brush butter over it.
STEP 5.Bake all the rolls for 20 minutes at 190℃ in preheated oven. Once it's done brush butter over the rolls & enjoy it with any of your favourite dip sauce.
