Ingredients for Baked Chicken & Rice Recipe

  • 1 Chicken
  • 2 cup basmati rice
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 5 Cardamon pods
  • 5 Cloves
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 8 strands saffron with little water

Directions: Baked Chicken & Rice Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.on medium-high heat add 1 tsp butter and roast the spices.

  • STEP 1.add rice, mix well, add water until barely covering rice, and cook for eight minutes uncovered.

step 3

  • STEP 1. on a plate with gloves place chicken, unfold one tsp butter, then turmeric, then sprinkle with salt, so sprinkle five tsp of saffron.

step 4

  • STEP 1. add rice with water during a glass, add water if required to barely cowl rice, place chicken on high, and pour remaining saffron on high.

step 5

  • STEP 1.cover and place during a middle rack on preheated (top heat open only) on high heat until the water starts boiling, then flip the warmth all the way down to 100c to 150c (depending on oven) for a half-hour.

step 6

  • STEP 1. serve as is with a tossed salad on the aspect.
