1.50 g long size Aubergine
1/2 tsp Vegetable oil
0.13 tsp Black pepper powder
1/4 tsp Chat masala
1/10 inch Pinch of salt
0.13 cup boiled and grind beetroot paste
1/2 Pieces boiled and mashed potato
1/4 cup Grated paneer
0.13 Tsp salt as per taste

1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
1/4 tsp Chaat masala
1 g cheese cubes mashed or grated
1 g Nicely chopped garlic
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Chopped coriander
1/2 cup Boiled green peas
1/2 A Bunch bunch Spincah
0.13 cup Coriander
1.50 g reen Chilli
0.03 Tsp salt as per taste
1 g Chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp Boiled onion paste
1/4 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 inch Pinch turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp Whisked curd
1/2 tbsp Cream
1/2 tsp Corn flour
1/4 tsp Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Oil for tempring
1/4 cup Whole wheat flour
1 tbsp Gram flour
0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp Salt as taste
2.75 tbsp sesame seeds + for sprinkle
2.75 tsp nicely chopped garlic + more for top
1/2 Tbsp tbps nicely chopped coriander
1/2 tbsp ghee + for cook

STEP 1.For Kofta, 1. Cut the Aubergine in long, medium thin slices, sprinkle some salt, Catch chat masala and black pepper powder, vegetable oil greased well
STEP 2.Take boiled and mashed Beetroot paste, boiled mashed potato,salt and other
Stuffing ingredients and mix well
STEP 3.Take a Small size bowl, place a silver foil, arrange the Marinated Aubergine slices, make well in centre, Now place the Stuffing in centre, and overlap the outer part of the Aubergine, now cover with foil and baked this in preheated oven for 180* for 20 to 25 mins
STEP 4.For Gravy, Boiled the spinach and keep in cold water, and transfer in blending jar and make fine smooth paste,
STEP 5.Now grind the boiled green peas,onion, coriander, green chilli and make fine smooth paste and seive this
STEP 6.Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic, turmeric and coriander powder and saute
STEP 7.Now add whisked curd and stir
STEP 8.Add spinach and green peas paste and stir
STEP 9.Add salt and sugar, mix it, add water in corn flour, mix it and transfer Gravy continue stir
STEP 10.Add cream and stir
STEP 11.Finally add lemon juice and switch of the gas
STEP 12.For Crispy Chapati,
12. Take both flour in a mixing bowl, add chopped garlic, sesame seeds, chopped coriander, turmeric powder and salt and mix well
STEP 13.Add ghee and knead the semi hard dough, rest for few minutes
STEP 14.Now take a small ball of dough, roll the thin Chapati, sprinkle some chopped garlic and sesame seeds over the top, again roll 2 to 3 times, cut in trinangular slices, rub some ghee, cook on low flame till it's crisp.
STEP 15.For serving, place a hot baked Aubergine Kofta in centre, pour the Gravy and serve with Crispy Sesame Chapati slice and with Salad and enjoy
