Ingredients for Baked Apple Custard Cookies Cupcake Recipe
1/5 pieces large apple cut into small
1/5 cup Full fat milk
1/10 cup Custard powder
1/10 cup Granulated sugar
1/5 cup All purpose flour
1/20 cup granulated sugar (for cookies)
0.40 tablespoons Cold butter
1/5 tsp Vanilla essence
1/10 tsp Baking powder

STEP 1.Mixed custard powder , granulated sugar with milk, very well. There should be no lumps. Now in a pan heat this custard mixture in low. Keep stirring continuously , when the mixture becomes thick enough switch off the flame and add apple pieces. Keep stirring for few minutes and let it cool in room temperature. After fully cool down it's become thick enough just like jelly. Store in the fridge.
STEP 2.Now for cookies ...In a bowl take flour, powder sugar, baking powder . Mix all this dry ingredients. Take 2 tablespoons cold butter piece and with your hand mix the butter with flour very well . Now sprinkle cold water, drops of vanilla essence and knead lightly the flour mixture and make a semi soft dough . The dough should be tight and soft. Cover the dough and keep it in the fridge for 30 mints.
STEP 3.After 30 mints take small ball size dough , rolled into circle and placed it in the greased cup cake mould . Slightly press them into the mould to give them the mould shape. Now with a fork make small whole into them . Pour spoon of apple custard into the mould and baked them in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 20 mint. Take out from the oven and let them cool in room temperature.
