Gujarati traditional cuisine prepapred from bajra flour combined with onions, ginger garlic paste and seasoning ingredients. Kebabs are prepared from the dough. Steamed and further pan fried.
STEP 1.Take in a bowl, a cup of bajra flour, add one medium sized chopped onion, a cup of coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, green chillies chopped, a spoon of sugar, salt to taste and oil.
STEP 2.Mix well. Add water to knead a dough.
STEP 3.Make kebabs steam for 10-15 minutes
STEP 4.Take a pan, heat a spoon of oil, add a spoon of mustard oil, cumin seeds and a pinch of asafoetida. Add curry leaves and saute.
STEP 5.Add the steamed muthiya and cook.
STEP 6.The muthiya is ready.
