Ingredients for BAJRA KI MATHARI Recipe

  • 1/10 Cup Bajra flour
  • 1/5 Tbsp Clarified butter
  • 0.03 Tsp Carom seeds
  • 0.03 Tsp Onion seeds
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/10 Cup Clarified butter - for frying

Directions: Bajra Ki Mathari Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a large bowl combine bajra flour,carom seeds,onion seeds salt and 2 tbsp clarified butter and mix well
  • STEP 2.The texture should be crumbly.
  • STEP 3.Make a stiff dough with the help of warm water.
  • STEP 4.Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 mins.
  • STEP 5.Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  • STEP 6.Then with palm gently press each roll in mathri shape and make cut marks with the help of knife.
  • STEP 7.Heat enough clarified butter in a pan
  • STEP 8.Deep fry on low flame till golden n crispy.
  • STEP 9.Serve hot with tea.
