  • 1/2 tablespoon Besan
  • 0.13 teaspoon dhaniya powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Hing
  • 0.13 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • As required Salt
  • As required chat masala
  • As required Lemon
  • As required oil or butter

Directions: Baingan Bhaja Week1 Recipe

  • STEP 1.1)Cut brinjal in round shape and put in water to avoid turning black

  • STEP 2.2)Take bowl put besan salt, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder and mix well

  • STEP 3.3)Take pieces of brinjal and coat with the besan mixture and keep for 10 minutes

  • STEP 4.4)Take deep pan put little oil or butter and put the coated brinjal on the butter or oil and cover it n let it cook on medium flame

  • STEP 6.6)Put on the plate sprinkle chat masala and lemon juice
