  • 1/2 cup fresh grated grind into smooth paste
  • 2 tablespoon oil for roasting brinjals
  • 1 teaspoon Jaggery
  • 1 tablespoon red chilly paste
  • As required For the tadka
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rai
  • 1 teaspoon Jeera
  • 1 teaspoon urad dal
  • 1/2 teaspoon methi dana
  • 1/2 teaspoon heeng
  • 12-15 curry leaves
  • 1 cup Water
