STEP 1.First , wash the chicken leg pieces in running water thoroughly. Keep it aside.
STEP 2.Now marinate the chicken leg piece in milk and almond paste, salt and turmeric powder. Keep it aside in room temperature for 1 hour.
STEP 3.Now heat oil in a kadhai, add sugar, kasturi methi. When the sugar is completely caramelized, add 1tsp of almond paste and yoghurt. Now add the marinated chicken drumstick and cook on low flame. Add the leftover milk if any.
STEP 4.Now add the Kashmiri chilly powder while the chicken is being cooked. Lastly add cardamom powder and cover the lid so that the chicken becomes soft and absorbs the milk and flavours.
STEP 5.Serve hot with rice or parathas!
