Badam shake/almond shake is a healthy and delcious drink which is famous across only healthy but also satisfying and fillingb. Chilled Badam shake is perfect and healthy treat in summer.
STEP 1.1. Spare half cup milk aside. Add sugar in the remaining milk and turn on the heat and let it boil. Stir and scrap the sides.
STEP 2.2. Rinse and soak almonds for 7-8 hours then remove its skin.
STEP 3.3. Spare 5 almonds and add cream in remaining almonds and grind it into a smooth paste. Dilute custard powder in cold milk.
STEP 4.4. Now add saffron , diluted custard milk and let it boil for a few more minutes so it becomes thick.
STEP 5.5. Lastly add cardamom powder and turn off the heat. Once it reaches room temperature, chill it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
STEP 6.6. Chop the spared almonds. Add it in serving glass, pour chilled shake. Top up with almond ,pistachio silvers and saffron. Relish chilled.
STEP 7.Note:
STEP 8.1. Can replace cream with condensed milk. If so, then adjust sugar quantity accordingly.
STEP 9.2. Can add chopped cashew nuts.
