One of my favorite ways to prepare broccoli rabe is simply to roast it in the oven with salt, pepper, olive oil and a little parmesan cheese. It's healthy and delish!

0.33 tablespoon olive oil
As required salt + pepper
0.08 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
0.08 cup fresh grated parmesan
2 piece thin cut bacon
0.33 tablespoon honey
1/25 cup toasted pine nuts chopped
As required fresh herbs + cherry tomatoes for serving
0.83 cloves garlic
0.08 cup full fat plain greek yogurt
1/25 cup olive oil
0.08 cup fresh basil
0.17 juice of lemon
pinch crushed red pepper flakes
