This paleo veggie quiche is loaded with all the goodies!  Crispy bacon, sweet/savory caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms and zucchini are baked with a creamy egg mixture in a grain free and paleo pie crust.  This quiche is sure to become a favorite for brunches and works as a make-ahead breakfast too!

Ingredients for Bacon Recipe

  • 0.13 9 paleo pie crust recipe pressed into 9 pie dish and baked for 5 7 minutes at 375 degrees or until just barely set
  • 3/4 slices nitrate free bacon
  • 0.38-1/2 tablespoon reserved bacon fat or other cooking fat
  • 0.13 ounce 8 container white mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 medium onions sliced thin
  • 0.13 small/med zucchini cut in quarters and sliced
  • 1/4 garlic cloves minced
  • As required Sea salt for sprinkling on veggies
  • 0.88 large eggs
  • 0.03 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 0.06 teaspoon sea salt
