  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of dosa batter, 2 tablespoons of grated paneer, and a pinch of salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of the batter onto it. Spread it gently to form a small pancake.
