  • 1/4 packet baby corn
  • 0.13 cup Maida
  • 3/4 tbsp Corn flour
  • As required salt to taste
  • 3/4 tsp Black salt )
  • 0.13 tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp black pepper powder
  • 0.06 tsp ginger powder
  • 0.06 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.13 tsp onion powder
  • 0.13 tsp Per peri powder
  • 0.13 tsp chat masala
  • 0.13 tsp garam masala
  • As required Oil For Frying
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions: Baby Corn Fritters Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil baby corn 🌽 with salt n pinch haldi.
  • STEP 2.Allow to cool down baby corn add
  • STEP 3.Ginger powder, garlic powder, onion powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, Red chilli powder, black salt Peri Peri powder,chat masala,.
  • STEP 4.Keep a side for 15 min
  • STEP 5.In other bowl add maida,and corn flour make slurry add black pepper powder, Red chilli powder, salt to taste.
  • STEP 6.In plate take bread crumbs.
  • STEP 7.Dip Baby corn in slurry and roll over bread crumbs.
  • STEP 8.Deep fry.
  • STEP 9.Enjoy hot fritter with family
  • STEP 10.Serve with sauce or chutney.
