Fritters are extremely popular roadside snacks all over india and referred as pakora, bhaji or bhajiya. It is being prepared from variety of vegetables and tastes awesome with any dip or garlic chutney. It is very easy to prepare and quick recipe with few ingredients. In this recipe i have prepared bhaji or pakora using baby corns. Marinated in masalas and salt, coated with gram flour batter and deep fried.

  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
