  • 125 gram Pork, Cut Into Bite Sized Pieces
  • 1/2 tablespoon Axone Paste
  • 1/4 Onion, Chopped
  • 1.13 Lic Cloves, Minced
  • 1/4 inch Ginger, Grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the pork with salt and turmeric powder for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated pork and cook until it turns brown and releases its juices.
  • STEP 4.Add the Axone paste and stir well to coat the pork. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add water, cover the pan, and simmer for 30-40 minutes until the pork is tender.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice.
