The tangy eggless avocado egg stuffing spread in spring roll sheet. Filled with avocado, veggies, minced garlic and seasoning ingredients. Pan fried the roll or deep fried it.
STEP 1.Take a few avocados and cut them open. Wash well and remove the seeds.
STEP 2.Use a spoon to remove the skin.
STEP 3.Now slice them up nicely. Transfer it in a bowl.
STEP 4.Now add a lemon in the bowl, some chopped onions, half a cup of capsicum, 1 tomatoe, red bell pepper, cilantro, salt (execessive salt) .
STEP 5.Add some chilli flakes, some oregano, black pepper, some grated garlic, extra virgin olive oil. Mix well. Make sure you do not smash the avocaodos.
STEP 6.Take a spring roll sheet and water it on the sides. Place some avocado stuffing in the corner snd roll the sheet away from both sides.
STEP 7.Make rolls as desired.
STEP 8.Take a tray and grease it. Keep the rolls and keep it in a preheated for 15 minutes. And bake for a total 30 minutes.
STEP 9.You can also deep fry these rolls.
