  • 1/20 kilogram Raw rice soaked for hours
  • 1/10 Grated coconut coconuts
  • 0.15 teaspoon Cumin seed
  • 1/20 tablespoon Salt

Directions: Avalose Podi Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Take in a vessel 1kg of powdered rice, 2 whole coconuts grated, 3tsp of cumin seeds and 1 tbsp of salt.
  • STEP 2.Mix the ingredients well and keep it aside for ½ hour.
  • STEP 3.Heat the entire mixture on the stove with a medium flame.
  • STEP 4.Continue stirring until the mix gets a light brown shade.
