1/4 cup Jaggery
1/4 piece Coconut
0.38 cup Pori
3/4 tablespoon Sugar

Preparation Directions
STEP 1.Grate jaggery with a knife.
Directions to make Aval Nanachathu
STEP 1.Take 1/2 coconut in a pan. Heat for 2 minutes Or you can sprinkle some hot milk in the coconut .
STEP 2.Take a bowl, add the grated coconut and grated jaggery. Mix well.
STEP 3.Add 1 ½ cup poha. Mix well with your hand. Let it rest for 10 mins. Add chopped banana and mix well.
STEP 4.Aval nanachathu is ready to be served.
Directions to make Pori Nanachathu
STEP 1.Take ½ coconut in a bowl and add 3 tbsp sugar. Mix well.
STEP 2. Add pori(puffed rice) 1 ½ cup and mix well with your hand.
STEP 3. Pori nanachathu is ready to be served.

STEP 1.Resting the aval nanachathu is optional if you like crispy aval nanachathu.
STEP 2.Try pori nanachathu immediately after making it. Letting it rest will make it soggy.
