Puran poli is famous maharashtraian sweet made of split chickpeas/chana dal, i have made this in pure authentic way, here i have used jaggery instead of sugar used all purpose flour, nutmeg and cardmom for flavour, when its holi we always make puran poli, it can be preserved for 2-3 days and stuffing can be preserved for 7-8 days in refrigerator friends try this authentic puran poli.

  • As required water to knead the dough
