#Bappa loves Modaks. This crispy, delicious Modak is an easy sweet that can be prepared for the Ganesh Chaturthi Festival. Modak is sweet dumpling made during Vinayaka Chaturthi Festival.
STEP 1.1. Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed karahi. Add #Aashirvaad #Atta flour and semolina and roast it in ghee on low flame till it turn golden brown and an aroma starts coming.
STEP 2.2. Now add sugar, pistachio, cardamom powder and melon seeds and roast for 1 minute.
STEP 3.3. Add milk gradually in batches and keep on stirring continuously till all the milk is absorbed and a lump is formed.
STEP 4.4. Let the mixture cool slightly.
STEP 5.5. Now make modaks in modak mould.
STEP 6.6. Offer as Bhog to Bappa.
