Ingredients for Atta & Semolina Modak Recipe

  • 1/2 cups Wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp Semolina
  • 1/4 g pure ghee
  • 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 5 pieces Pistachio
  • 1/4 tsp Green cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp Melon seeds

Directions: Atta & Semolina Modak Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed karahi. Add #Aashirvaad #Atta flour and semolina and roast it in ghee on low flame till it turn golden brown and an aroma starts coming.
  • STEP 2.2. Now add sugar, pistachio, cardamom powder and melon seeds and roast for 1 minute.
  • STEP 3.3. Add milk gradually in batches and keep on stirring continuously till all the milk is absorbed and a lump is formed.
  • STEP 4.4. Let the mixture cool slightly.
  • STEP 5.5. Now make modaks in modak mould.
  • STEP 6.6. Offer as Bhog to Bappa.
