  • As Required tbs mix dryfruits
  • 1/4 Cup wheatflour
  • 1/4 Cup Ghee
  • 0.38 Cup Sugar
  • 0.38 Cup Milk
  • 0.38 Cup Water

Directions: Atta Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.First in a ghee fry dry fruits and keep it aside.Next add wheatflour in a ghee and fry it in a low flame until colour changes and nice aroma releases.Next add milk,water and sugar and stir it continuously with out lumps in a low flame once the sugar melts and the consistency become tight and nonsticky switch off the flame and add fried dry fruits
