  • 1.50 cup Orange juice
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 pinch Ground Cinnamon

Directions: Atol De Naranja Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. cook orange juice, sugar and cornstarch in a pan on high heat. stir continuously and cook until it thickens.

step 2

  • STEP 1. turn off the flame and add 1 tsp butter. mix everything well and pour the mixture into the serving plates and refrigerate for an hour.

step 3

  • STEP 1. sprinkle some cinnamon on tom and your atol de naranja is ready to be served.
