Asian Potsticker Stir Recipe

Recipe By Australia’s Best Recipes

I love my asian potsticker stir-fry, because it's a low calorie meal that i can prepare in less than half an hour on a busy weeknight. By substituting frozen potstickers for the usual chicken or beef, the recipe feels special like asian takeaway, but is actually easier because you don't have to worry about thawing the meat, or stopping at the grocery store to buy it fresh. Though this is my favourite combination of ingredients, i can toss in any veggie i have on hand and it will still taste delicious; it's definitely my go-to when i want to have a quick and tasty meal
