step 1
STEP 1. take a plastic bag and add meat worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and pepper in it.

STEP 1. refrigerate it overnight.

STEP 1. heat some oil in a pan and add sugar to it.

STEP 1. cook until the sugar dissolves and its color changer to golden brown.

STEP 1. add meat to the pan and cook it well from both the sides.

STEP 1.add the meat marinade to the pan and simmer for 15 minutes.

STEP 1. add water to the pan, let it boil and then lower the flame and cook for another 10 minutes.

STEP 1.add in the chopped vegetables, beef, oregano, bay leaves, beef stock and cook at low flame for around 3 hours.

STEP 1. once cooked, blend everything in a food processor and strain the puree.
step 10
STEP 1. serve the puree with cooked meat and enjoy!
