This easy recipe packs in tons of flavor, but in a much lighter package than usual. Greek yogurt takes the place of the standard mayonnaise, cream cheese, and sour cream; a little bit of olive oil adds richness. While the dip comes together quickly, the longer it marinates, the more the artichoke flavor shines through, making this a great dip to prep ahead for super bowl spreads or pre-dinner snacks.
