A vegetable which is very frequently made in my home and fried most of the time. So i thought of making it differently. The name should be something like grilled arbi in gravy but tikka masala is shorter and easier to tell.

  • 1.25 Red Chillies
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 0.13 piece Ginger
  • As required For gravy
  • 0.06 teaspoon Jeera
  • 1/4 tomato large, whole
  • 1/4 onion small, quartered
  • 0.06 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 0.06 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1/2 tablespoon yogurt whisked nicely
  • As required Oil
  • As required Salt
  • As required coriander leaves a handful for garnish
