Ingredients for Arbi patti bites Recipe

  • 0-2 nos Aarbi ke patty
  • 0-1/4 cup Besan
  • As required Ginger
  • As required Garlic paste
  • 0-1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 0-1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 0-1/4 tsp haldi powder
  • 0-1/4 tsp Ajwain
  • As required Water -
  • As required Oil For Frying
  • 0-1/2 tsp Lemon juice

Directions: Arbi Patti Bites Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl mix besan with all the ingredients well and make a paste with water in thick consistency.
  • STEP 2.Now wash the arbi leaves and keep it open
  • STEP 3.Now layer the besan mixture over the leaf then place another leaf then again besan mixture, repeat this process and then fold it like a cylindrical shape.
  • STEP 4.Heat water in a pan place a strainer over it then the leaves and steam it for 15min now cool it down and then cut it into pieces and deep fry all the bites till golden. aarbi patty bites is ready serve it with your choice sauces and chutney.
