Arbi koftas are made by adding mashed arbi, coarsely ground nuts, raisins and green chillies. This koftas are very tasty, crispy and nutty in flavor. It's spongy and fluffy unlike potato koftas. Theses koftas are added to rich malai gravy. It goes well with all types of rotis and flavoured rice.
