Directions: Arbi Kofta With Gravy Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the arbi until tender, peel the skin, and mash it.
  • STEP 2.Add besan, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Shape the mixture into small balls and deep fry until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and chopped onions. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and cook until the oil separates.
  • STEP 6.Add water and bring the gravy to a boil. Add the fried arbi koftas and simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
