  • 0.33 cup Water
  • 0.17 cup Sugar

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat milk and bring it to a boil. Add lemon juice to curdle the milk.
  • STEP 2.Strain the curdled milk through a muslin cloth to separate the whey. Rinse the curdled milk under cold water to remove the lemony flavor.
  • STEP 3.Squeeze out excess water from the curdled milk and knead it into a smooth dough.
  • STEP 4.Shape the dough into small discs and flatten them slightly.
  • STEP 5.In another pan, heat water and sugar. Add the flattened discs and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 6.In a separate pan, heat milk and add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron. Cook until the milk thickens.
  • STEP 7.Add the cooked apple discs to the milk syrup and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
