Ingredients for Apple Peda Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • A Few saffron strands
  • 1 Tbsp ghee
  • A Pinch cardamom powder
  • 1 Pieces Cloves
  • A Few drops of red food colour
  • As Required For Ganishing Pistachio for garnishing
  • 3/4 Cups Milk powder

Directions: Apple Peda Recipe

  • STEP 1.1: Make Sugar syrup by combining water and sugar.
  • STEP 2.2: Add in milk powder and mix well to make a lump-free mixture.
  • STEP 3.3: Add saffron soaked milk and cook until mixture starts leaving sides.
  • STEP 4.4: Add in Keshav ghee and cardamom and mix well.
  • STEP 5.5: Transfer the mixture to a plate and let it cool.
  • STEP 6.6: Shape the warm mixture into balls. Then insert a clove on top of the balls.
  • STEP 7.7: Paint each ball with some red food color and decorate with pistachio slices. Done!
