Ingredients for Apple Kulfi Recipe

  • 1/4 litre Milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 g rated Apple
  • 1/2 tbsp Almond flakes
  • 1.50 g rated elaichi peda
  • 1 g big size kulfi mould
  • As Required Few cherries for garnishing

Directions: Apple Kulfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil milk till it thickens.
  • STEP 2.Grate apple and cook in a pan till moisture evaporates. Add sugar and cook till thickens and colour changes.
  • STEP 3.Add grated peda mix well add cooked apple pulp.
  • STEP 4.Now add Almond flakes and cool the kulfi mixture. Fill in moulds and freeze on high temperature for 4 hrs. Or till kulfi is freezes completely.
  • STEP 5.Unmould the ready YUMMY, DELICIOUS apple kulfi in palate slice and garnish with cherries and serve.
