#BPF Kheer is fav Indian cusine ,made with variation! Its authentic sweet dish.My family live kheer .So I always make it with different ingredients but milk is the main ingredient of kheer. Dryfruits,saffron makes it tasty,healthy n beautiful.I have made kheer with apple, which is tasty n healthy .

Ingredients for Apple Kheer Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup Apple grated
  • 1/2 Cup cooked basmati rice
  • 1/2 Litre Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp ) cardamom nutmeg powder
  • 2.50 As Required chopped dryfruits
  • 4 Pieces ) Saffron threads
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar

Directions: Apple Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.1)Method _ wash n cook rice in cooker for 4 whistle,when it is cool ,mash I in mixer to make paste,add little milk if required.
  • STEP 2.2)Boil milk with saffron threads on slow flame till becomes thick .
  • STEP 3.3)Add cooked mashed rice, cardamom nutmeg powder ,sugar mix well .
  • STEP 4.4)Add Dryfruit pieces as u like , cook it till u get desired consistency.
  • STEP 5.5)Take it down add apple grated and some pieces,mix well keep in fridge for 1/2 hour.
  • STEP 6.6)Serv it cold!
