  • 1 For Apple jam. apples peeled and grated
  • 1.50 tablespoon ghee or melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry ginger powder
  • 1/4 As required cup grated jaggery or a bit more
  • 1/2 tablespoon Water
  • 1 tablespoon For the Dough semolina 250 gms plain flour
  • teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 pinch Salt
  • As required Milk as needed to bind the dough
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tablespoon powdered sugar mixed with1tsp cinnamon pwdr fr dusting
  • As required oil for deep frying
