Ingredients for Apple halwa Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Grated apple
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 0.13 cup Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 0.13 cup Dry fruits
  • 1 drop Vanilla essence few drops

Directions: Apple Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan.
  • STEP 2.Fry dry fruits till golden keep aside.
  • STEP 3.To the same pan add grated apple and saute till the juice is completed evaporated.
  • STEP 4.Mix sugar and allow to dissolve.Add vanilla essence.
  • STEP 5.Cook for few more minutes.
  • STEP 6.Sprinkle cinnamon powder and garnish with dry fruits.
