Ingredients for Apple burfi Recipe

  • 87.50 g Grated apple
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Elaichi powder
  • 1/2 g Desi Ghee
  • 0.13 cup Desicated coconut
  • 1/4 cup 1)2 cup
  • 1/4 cup 1)3 cup
  • 0.06 tsp Red food colour

Directions: Apple Burfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan add desi ghee Add grated apple. Mix well cook for 5 mins Add sugar Cook till sugar dissolves and become semi thick Add peanut powder, coconut powder, elaichi powder Mix well Add milk powder , Mix well Add red food colour Pour in greese burfi tray Garnish with dry fruits.
