STEP 1.Take 2 medium sized apples, wash and peel the apples. Now, grate the apples make sure to use the fine.
STEP 2.Grate and discard the core of apples. Grate the apples when preparing Burfi otherwise the color of the apples will change.
STEP 3.Now, roast the apples pulp for that take a pan and heat the pan. Add 1 tbsp of ghee to a pan, melt the ghee. Next, add apples to the pan, saute the apples over the medium, flame while stirring constantly till the apple is fragrant and mashy. After 5 minutes of roasting the apple is fragrant.
STEP 4.Now, add sugar to the pan, cook the mixture till the sugar dissolves. Keep the flame low medium, while the mixture is getting cooked grind the roasted peanuts. Add Dessicated coconut, Peanuts powder, chopped almonds and green Cardamom mix it well. Cook the mixture till attains curdling consistency.
STEP 5.Burfi is ready, take a greased plate and put the mixture in it. Press the mixture, make the burfi slightly thick.
STEP 6.Garnishing the burfi with almond flakes.
