I have made Appe bites Cake for My kids this Christmas. It is made in very less time and quickly, and it is also tasty and healthy to eat. I have made it in an Appe pan.
I have made it in two Colors one in pink and one in Chocolate taste.
STEP 1.✍️__First of all, we will take out the cream of the biscuits and keep it aside and grind the biscuits in a mixer grinder and put them in a sieve. Then add backing powder and baking soda and filter it.
STEP 2.✍️__Now adding powder Sugar and milk accordingly to the bhagoni mix it and prepare a medium batter. Then add pineapple essence and mix. Take our pink Cream Biscuits batter is ready. Now we will prepare the batter for Chocolate cake.
STEP 3.✍️__Grind the biscuits in ti powder in a mixer grinder, then put them in a sieve, add backing powder, backing soda and cocoa powder and filter them.
STEP 4.✍️__Then add powdered sugar and mix, After that add milk accordingly and Prepare a medium batter. After that apply a little ghee in the appe a little ghee in the appe pan.
STEP 5.✍️__Now put eno in both the Cake batter and mix it with light hands, first pour a little cake batter in the pan, then add dryfruits and then pour a little batter over it, don't fill too much,keep one inch empty.
STEP 6.✍️__Now Cover and Cook on both sides for two and a half minutes each. After cooking let it cool for 5 minutes. Take our healthy and delicious Appe bites Cake is ready put it in a plate and serve it with dry fruits in top.
