Today I tried something new and made wonderful dish which is suitable for hot weather ,used seasonal fruit and fresh butterfly pea flowers from my garden to make this innovative dish.

Ingredients for Aparajita Jackfruit phirani Recipe

  • As required Half cup rice flour (little thick which I made from Glen mixer)
  • 0.13 ltr Milk
  • 5.08 cup butterfly pea or Aprajita extract (which I made from flowers kept in hot water)
  • 0.92 cup jackfruit
  • 0.08 cup Sugar
  • 0.17 tsp cardamom powder
  • 0.17 tsp pure ghee
  • 1 nos phirni earthen bowl
  • 1/25 cup Badam and pistachio
  • 1 nos Rose petals

Directions: Aparajita Jackfruit Phirani Recipe

  • STEP 1.First place thick bottom pan on gas and add ghee and rice flour fried till golden brown. Now add milk and keep on stirring till the milk gets thick.

  • STEP 2.After that add sugar and stir for another 2 minutes put off gas and add aparajita or butterfly pea flower extract and Jackfruit pieces and mixed well

  • STEP 3.Now add cardamom powder and half nuts in this mixture and mix will

  • STEP 4.Now pour phirni in earthen bowl and garnish with nuts and Jackfruit pieces ,petals and keep in the fridge for at least one hour.

  • STEP 5.After that our phirni is ready to eat it is very delicious creamy texture and beautiful colour fresh Jackfruit enhances taste.

  • STEP 6.I added Jackfruit pieces at last to preserve it taste and flower extract to look beautiful.

  • STEP 7.Butterfly pea flower is very good for brain and having beautiful colour and seasonal jackfruit is very tasty and to balance both and to get its benefits I made this phirani. Very delicious very tasty very healthy also.
