Ingredients for Anticucho Recipe

  • 125 gram hanging tender
  • 37.50 milliliter red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tablespoon Oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin
  • 1/2 No.s corn cobs
  • pinch salt / pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon aji amarillo paste
  • pinch red chili flakes

  • STEP 1.1 in a bowl take red wine vinegar, salt, back pepper, cumin powder, oregano, aji amarillo paste, garlic and red chilli paste.

  • STEP 2.2 mix everything well.

  • STEP 3.3 pad dry your meat with a paper towel and cut it into bite size pieces.

  • STEP 4.4 put the meat pieces into the bowl and mix well.

  • STEP 5.5 cover it with a cling film and let marinade for 2-4 hours.

  • STEP 6.6 chop the onions and dip them into some salt water and drain it.

  • STEP 7.7 in a bowl take your onions, cilantro, black pepper, oil and lime juice.

  • STEP 8.8 mix everything well.

  • STEP 9.1 preheat your grill.

  • STEP 10.2 put the marinated meat pieces in the skewers.

  • STEP 11.3 grill the meat and corn cob.

  • STEP 12.4 flip it after two minutes.

  • STEP 13.5 serve your anticucho with onion mix and corn.
