1/4 cup Besan
0-1/4 tbsp Annardana powder
1/4 tsp Haldi
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/2 nos green chillies
0.13 tsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp Mustered oil
1/2 tsp Jeera
1/4 tsp Sabut dhanya
As required mustard seeds
As required methi dana
As required salt to taste
As required For pakoda
0.13 cup Meth leaves
0.13 nos Besan
1/4 tbsp green chilli paste
0.06 tsp garam masala
0.06 tsp dry annardana
As required salt to taste
As required For Tempering
1/4 tsp desi ghee
As required Hing pinch of
As required Dhaniya for decoration

STEP 1.Mix besan, Annardana, Red chilli, Haldi in a bowl, add water and make a thin batter.
STEP 2. Heat mustered oil in a heavy bottom pan, add panchpuran masalas and fry, when they crackle, add the besan mixure.
STEP 3. Let it be boil, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
STEP 4. Mix all the ingredients of pakoda with a little water. Make small balls and keep aside. After about 20 mins of cooking
STEP 5. kadi, add pakoda balls but do not stir Kadi at this point. After 7-8 minutes when balls are set, flip them and cover the
STEP 6. pan. Pakodas will afloat on the top when cooked. Now add garam masala and remove the pan from fire.
STEP 7. Heat desi ghee in a pan, add hing, remove from fire, add Red chilli and pour on top of the Kadi.
STEP 8. Lastly, garnish with dhaniya leaves and it is ready to serve.
