Ingredients for Angoori Paneer Recipe

  • 50 gms Grated paneer
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander
  • 1/2 tbsp maida
  • 1/4 tsp Roasted jeera
  • As Required Salt
  • A Handful Fresh grapes
  • 1/2 Pieces Green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger (chopped)
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic (chopped)
  • A Handful kasuri methi
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 As Required Bay leaf
  • 1/2 Pieces Star anise
  • 1/4 Inch Cinnammon stick
  • 1/2 Pieces Cardamom
  • 1/4 Cups 100% grape juice

Directions: Angoori Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a kadhai once oil is hot add the whole spices,saute for few seconds then add the chopped onions, fry the onions till they turn slightly golden brown, then add the grated ginger and garlic, mix well saute for 2 to 3 minutes then add the ground spices, turmeric, coriander powder, jeera powder, red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala keep stirring till the masalas releases aroma. Add little water while stirring so that it doesn't get burn.
  • STEP 2.Then add tomatoes,Salt and Cashew nuts..Fry till the tomatoes are mushy.. Add 1 cup of Water,Cover and Cook the onion tomato gravy for 10 minutes on medium flame..
  • STEP 3.After 10 mins,Switch off the Gravy and let it cool down(Blend the mixture well and then strain it..
  • STEP 4.Heat Oil in a Kadhai,,Add Strained Gravy along with a Cup of water,Let the Gravy come to boiling point,Add Kasuri Methi leaves,Sugar and Grape Juice and cook for another 8 mins..Add 1 tbsp of Fresh Cream and Place the Koftas prepared earlier and Garnish with Grapes ..
  • STEP 5.Preparing Angoori Paneer Koftas
  • STEP 6.Combine everything well in a huge bowl except grape. Take small portion of paneer mixture in your hand press gently at the center, put one grape and bring the edges and seal. Shape them into grape size . Refrigerate the koftas for 30 minutes then deep fry the prepared koftas in batches.
  • STEP 7.For gravy - one big onion chopped, 3 tomatoes chopped, grated ginger and garlic 1 tbsp, salt, cashewnuts 6-8 pieces, 2 bay leaf, 2 cardamons, 2 cloves, 1 staranise ,1/2 inch cinnamon stick, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp of fresh squeezed grape juice, 1 tsp of kasuri methi dry. 2 tbsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of garam masala powder, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp of fresh roasted jeera powder, 1 tsp of turmeric
