  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add marinated chicken pieces to the pan and cook on medium heat until they are golden brown and cooked through. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • STEP 4.Sprinkle garam masala powder and coriander leaves over the chicken and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
