  • STEP 1.In a blender, grind onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add the onion paste to the pan and cook until golden brown. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  • STEP 4.Add tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy. Add chicken pieces and cook until they are browned.
