Ingredients for Amritsari Fish Fry Recipe

  • 300 gram boneless fish
  • pinch Salt
  • pinch Asafetida
  • 1 teaspoon carom seeds
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 3/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon gram flour
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • As required Oil
  • As required Chat masala

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a bowl take your fish and add salt, asafoetida, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, gram flour, flour and carom seeds.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 mix everything and let it marinate for 30 minutes

step 3

  • STEP 3.1 heat some oil in a pan and fry the fish in it.

step 4

  • STEP 4.2 take the fish out and fry it again in the same oil and sprinkle some chat masala on top.
