STEP 1.1 in a bowl take your fish and add salt, asafoetida, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, gram flour, flour and carom seeds.

STEP 2.2 mix everything and let it marinate for 30 minutes

STEP 3.1 heat some oil in a pan and fry the fish in it.
step 4
STEP 4.2 take the fish out and fry it again in the same oil and sprinkle some chat masala on top.
