Ingredients for AMRITSARI CHICKEN RECIPE Recipe

  • 125 Gms Chicken
  • 1/4 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 1/4 Tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds powder
  • 0.06 Tsp Curd
  • 1/4 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilly powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Grated ginger
  • 1/4 Tsp Crushed garlic
  • 1/4 Pieces Tomato
  • 0.13 Tsp Sugar
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.13 Cup Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cream
  • 1/2 Tbsp Butter

Directions: Amritsari Chicken Recipe Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste,onion,red chilly powder,cumin seeds powder,curd,lemon juice and salt.
  • STEP 2.Keep aside for 3 to 4 hours
  • STEP 3.Make the paste of tomatoes.
  • STEP 4.Heat butter in a pan and fry the marinated chicken cover it and cook in a high flame for five mins now cook in a slow flame for 5 mins until chicken turned into golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in another pan and add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and ginger garlic paste and saute for 4 - 5 mins
  • STEP 6.Now add tomato paste,sugar and salt and mix well.
  • STEP 7.Cook for 4 - 5 mins until oil leaves the pan.
  • STEP 8.Add fried chicken pieces and mix well.
  • STEP 9.Now add two cup of water and bring to boil,once boiled keep it in low flame for five mins add cream and mix well.
  • STEP 10.Serve hot
