American Chop Suey is a very delicious dish, loved by all.
This dish contains deep fried crunchy noodles and a very delicious thick sauce full of vegetables.The sweet and tangy taste of this dish , i like the most.
STEP 2.In a bowl add boiled noodles, salt, cornstarch and mix properly
STEP 3.Now heat oil in a wok in high flame 🔥.
STEP 4.Deep fry these noodles in very hot oil untill golden brown in colour.
STEP 5.Keep aside for further use.
STEP 6.For American Chop Suey
STEP 7.In a wok , heat oil.Add chopped garlic, saute it for half a minute.Now add capsicum strips, red bell pepper strips, yellow bell pepper strips, diagonally cut baby corns, 🥕 carrot strips .Saute for a minute on high flame 🔥.
STEP 8.Now add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, black pepper powder, sugar , tomato ketchup.Mix everything very well.Now add some water.Wait for a boil, add cornstarch slurry to it.
STEP 9.Cook for a minute.
STEP 10.Switch off the flame.
STEP 11.How to serve
STEP 12.Serve hot on a round plate by placing the fried noodles first and then pour the sauce on it and garnish it with spring onion green .
